Is my payment information safe?
We are a secure SSL site. In addition, we do not house any of your credit card information. All payments are processed directly through Authorize.net.
What about privacy?
We do not sell or share any of your personal information.
What about pre-orders and out-of-stock products?
Our store banner posts when our next shipment is expected, although this is not a guaranteed arrival date. Pre-orders are the best way to insure that you will receive an item, as there will be a limited number produced and orders will be fulfilled on a first come first serve basis.
When will my payment be processed?
authorize.net will not charge your card until your payment is shipped.
Will I get an email confirmation?
Yes. You will get an email from our fulfillment facility (Centra Worldwide) as well as a payment confirmation email from Authorize.net. Please keep these for future reference.
What about returns?
Products can be returned within 21 days of shipping provided all items are in original packaging and resaleable condition. If you wish to return an item, please email us at info@mypetlawyer.com and you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Please enclose your Authorize.net confirmation email in the return packaging along with the Packing List that is shipped with the product. (The Packing List does not include price because products are often shipped as gifts). You will be issued a product refund, minus shipping and handling.
What about exchanges?
If you wish to exchange an item or a product has not arrived to you in satisfactory condition, please contact us within 21 days of shipping at info@mypetlawyer.com.
What about cancellations?
Orders may not be canceled after they have been shipped, however they may be returned. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will of course give you a full refund.
Has My Pet Lawyer been safety tested?
Yes. It has been fully tested (including lead paint testing) and meets all the safety requirements of the U.S. Product Safety Commission (ages 14+).
