The excitement continues this holiday season.  If you don’t already know, I just made the “Top 10 Must-Have Toys for Christmas!” list at inventorspot.com

I came in right after that Zhu Zhu Hamster.  Not that I have anything against rodents, but whom would you prefer to see under your Christmas tree?  Sure, he has a bit more hair than I do, but can he sing? Will he laugh at your jokes? Can he take a deposition?

Another great honor - the Legal Blog Watch (law.com) has listed me under “Gifts for Lawyers: A Guide to the Guides.”  My picture is right under the marshmallow blaster.  I’m called “a perennial favorite gift!”  It feels so good to be recognized by a jury of my peers!
